Mothership RPG "C-25" character sheet

A customized character sheet for Mothership 1E by Tuesday Night Games. 

The design is meant to resemble an assessment form getting more and more bloodied the more your character takes damage, stress, wounds, panics, or when they survive another session. When they do, shade a dotted blot in the sheet with a red or blue pen.

Side Note: If you're out of blots to shade, make new blots of your own. go crazy!
